sewage smellunhelpful staff
A persistent sewage smell in the shower remained despite airing the space. Breakfast was overpriced at 22 Euros. I found it quite disappointing. Staff members were not particularly helpful. My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I discovered used gloves in the cupboard. My request for cleaning the following day was ignored. This was particularly upsetting given the room rate. The walk from the train station was also longer than I anticipated.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train and bus stations, a short walk to the cathedral. check-in was quick, and the staff was cute. i booked a superior double room and it was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable with two pillows provided.
The water in the shower was not super hot. It was just warm enough.

the staff stored my luggage for a few hours after checkout which was very helpful. i had no issues communicating with the staff in english and they quickly resolved any questions.

The hotel decor was lovely and modern, with a very comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke good english. i liked that the location was convenient to restaurants and the cathedral, a short walk away!
the housekeeping didn't replace towels daily, though, i found it a little inconvenient.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
small roomweak pressure
The room i was assigned was quite small, and the sound insulation was insufficient. i could clearly hear noises from both inside and outside the building. the shower's water pressure was also a problem. It was noticeably weak. (i expect better water pressure.). also, the power outlets were linked to the key card system, a design flaw that prevented me from charging my devices when i left the room.

the location was fine, very close to the train station and quiet.
the staff weren't friendly when i called about a request before arriving, they were dismissive. upon arrival, i need access to the underground parking, since a porsche block the entrance. i called for assistance, i was told rudely the car would move soon, then they hung up without saying goodbye. the phone manners of the staff are unacceptable.
